It Has Begun!

I said that I was thinking about it in an earlier post, and in the 53 minutes since clocking off from work, I've done it. If you look to the right where "comments" used to be, you'll now see a lovely new section linking to my new blog. It's going to be a guide to healthly eating, mainly based around different smoothies, but also including other meals and things for you to try out. The idea is that if you were to do the recipe that is shown on a daily basis, whether it's a meal, a smoothie or whatever it would be a major contribution to your 5-a-day (usually three or more) and a guide to a health eating lifestyle.
